Duck Mountain Provincial Park is a favourite setting for artistic inspiration. After some fishing, and fun with family, I captured reference material for this painting – leaving my son and grandsons to clean their fish! Treetops were brushed with the late afternoon sun and the stillness of the air allowed for perfect reflections in the water. Glad Lake is a popular area for boats, but all was quiet and serene.
